More than a store
The name honors Charles Foster — Fostoria’s namesake, nicknamed “Calico Charlie.” Step inside and the town’s history is part of the décor: old shelving, chandeliers, a five-and-dime cart.
“But we opened a candy store. We expect joy and excitement. That’s what this place is for.”
